While I realize that having a fancy-schmancy photo editing program is unnecessary, having great product photos is a key element of running a successful shop. Hopefully, the tools will help the motivation to update my photos!

Did you get the Elements or the whole big program? I'm having a super hard time with editing/organizing my photos and I"m wondering if I should just suck it up and get photoshop.
ReplyDeleteHonestly, I have the student version. It is abbreviated, but it is plenty for me. If you're on the fence, there are free downloads of the program for a 30 day trial period.
ReplyDeletePhotoshop won't necessarily help you organize your photos, but I think it is pretty handy for editing. Look into the capabilities of whatever photo-editing program is preinstalled on your computer (if you have a program like that). Chances are, if your computer is updated enough to run Photoshop smoothly, it already has a program that can do a lot more than you think it can. I personally don't find Photoshop that difficult because I have experience with it, but it isn't as common sense to work with as other free programs.
My two cents...
